These Terms of Service are an agreement between MoveTogether.ai (“MoveTogether”, the “Provider”) and the person or company that accepts them (the “Customer”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.
The agreement is made up of this cover page and the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms, Version 2.1 (the “Standard Terms”), which are incorporated by reference. Capitalized words not defined here have the meaning given in the Standard Terms. If this cover page conflicts with the Standard Terms, this cover page controls. A separately signed order form for the same account takes precedence over both.

Changes to the Standard Terms
- Beta. While MoveTogether is in beta, the whole Cloud Service is a Beta Product under the Standard Terms. It is provided “as is”, may change or be removed, and we may reset or migrate data. The functionality warranty in Section 6 does not apply.
- Not legal or customs advice. The Service provides tariff information tools. It is not legal advice, customs brokerage, or a binding classification. Tariff data and AI-generated answers may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Customer remains responsible for its classifications, valuations, declarations and entries, and for checking anything that matters against the official source or a licensed professional. Only customs authorities can issue binding rulings.
- No training on Customer Content. The Machine Learning provision in Section 1 is replaced with this: Provider will not use Customer Content to train or fine-tune AI or machine learning models, and will only send Customer Content to AI model providers to deliver the Service, under terms that prohibit them from training on it. Provider may use Usage Data that is aggregated and does not identify Customer or Users to operate and improve the Service.
- Ending the agreement. During the beta, either party may end the agreement at any time by notice. Provider will give reasonable notice where it can and, on request, let Customer export its Customer Content before access ends. Section 5’s deletion terms still apply.
- Users. Users must be at least 18. Customer is responsible for keeping its sign-in secure and must tell Provider promptly if it believes its account has been used without permission.
- Updates to these terms. Provider may update this cover page or move to a later version of the Standard Terms. For a significant change, Provider will notify Customer by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means Customer accepts the change. This replaces the requirement in Section 12 that changes be signed by both parties.
- Personal data. Provider handles personal data as described in its Privacy Policy. Customer may submit personal data of its own Users without a separate data processing agreement during the beta. Contact us if your organization needs one.
